This is a fusion Sushi with a Mex theme. The menu is a little confusing so whoever did the programming to fuse with the design concept needs to work on the drop down menu TITLES for this to be user-friendly... The service was horrible to begin with. We waited more than 20 minutes before receiving the first part of the lunch special order (having being saved by the bell before leaving). The owner then appeared (other waiter having dropped out completely). She was very attentive and talked about the opening of several more places in due course. In the end what had been a frustrating experience was made good. We like sushi without cream-cheese, fruits and crossovers to other types of cuisine.
