Extremely unimpressed. Perhaps my friends and I were unlucky, but the food we got ranged from mediocre (stale nachos with over-salted sauces) to inedibly bad (quesadillas slimy and flavourless). The one dish that looked better was the vegan poke bowl — my friend who got that reported it was good — and the juices and soft drinks were decent. Really good atmosphere and decoration here! The fusion with mexican really brings new surprisingly good flavours to the sushi. I tried the degustation menu (20€) and I was only disappointed with the time management of the service. From the moment they brought the cold dish to the moment I complained, 30 min passed. That was the worst part of the experience. The food was great but it still needs some service training to avoid huge delays. Also, they only accept credit card. This is a fusion Sushi with a Mex theme. The menu is a little confusing so whoever did the programming to fuse with the design concept needs to work on the drop down menu TITLES for this to be user-friendly... The service was horrible to begin with. We waited more than 20 minutes before receiving the first part of the lunch special order (having being saved by the bell before leaving). The owner then appeared (other waiter having dropped out completely). She was very attentive and talked about the opening of several more places in due course. In the end what had been a frustrating experience was made good. We like sushi without cream-cheese, fruits and crossovers to other types of cuisine.
